2018/03/15	Presentation – Case Study: The Digital Exhibition of the Olympic Games. 4th Thematic Seminar, “Digitization of Monuments and Archaeological Sites,” of the European Project CD-ETA – Collaborative Digitization of Natural and Cultural Heritage	The European Project “Collaborative Digitization of Natural and Cultural Heritage, CD-ETA”, under the INTERREG EUROPE Programme, aims to improve the policy tools applied in the participating regions regarding the digitization of their natural and cultural heritage. Part of the 4th Thematic Seminar was hosted at the SPAP Conference Centre of the Ephorate of Antiquities of Ilia, in Ancient Olympia. Curation and presentation of the artistic programme with Artemis Ignatiou – guided tour of the Archaeological Museum of Ilida	5th Olympia Marathon: more than 2,000 runners from Greece and 30 countries abroad competed on the sacred road linking Ancient Ilida with Ancient Olympia, finishing beside the ancient stadium in the birthplace of Olympism. 2022/02/19	Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and the Ancient Greek Olympics	Participation in an online meeting marking the closing of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and the 50th anniversary of Greek–Chinese diplomatic relations. Organized by the Beijing Institute for International Olympic Studies, Tsinghua University, the National Ministry of Science and Technology, the Tsinghua Heritage Institute for Digitization, the RE International Centre for Digital Creativity, the Chamber of Greek-Chinese Economic Cooperation, the “East Meets West in Greece” (EMWG) initiative and the Greek company Postscriptum. Presented the exhibition set up for the occasion at the central Venue of the Olympic Committee for the Games in Antiquity (host and specialist scientist role), plus the photogrammetric documentation of the Museum of the History of the Olympic Games in Ancient Olympia, with exhibit information curated for the educational tour (3D tour). European Curricula For Accessible Tourism Manager And Frontline Staff” project, Erasmus+ Programme. Event Hall of the Chamber of Ilia, Pyrgos, Thursday 9 June 2022. IN-TOUR aims to close the gap in Europe’s educational system on accessible tourism, equipping managers and frontline tourism staff through two professional profiles and two European curricula. The event highlighted the contribution of accessible tourism to tourism development, its links to cultural heritage, and vocational training as a tool for career advancement and employment policy.
